Dutch Colonial Revival in LA

A young family came to me looking to convert a small backyard garage & studio into a large pool house with its own mezzanine guest suite. Located in a historic district in West Hollywood, LA, the design sensitively mimics the architecture of the existing structure, which was built as a miniature of the main house.

Design is being developed for approvals and construction in 2021.
